Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site (including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms) shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules for the time being in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
